Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-Ray imaging with precision and attention to patient comfort
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain steps clearly and compassionately
• Operate CT and radiography equipment following established protocols and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with radiologists and the clinical team to ensure high-quality imaging and timely results
• Maintain accurate imaging records and ensure compliance with state licensure requirements
• Follow radiation safety and infection control procedures to protect patients and staff
• Respond promptly and professionally to urgent imaging requests

Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) certification — required
• ARRT (Radiography) certification — required
• Medical radiographer license in Nebraska (Nebraska Radiographer License) — required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) — required
• Current, valid state licensure and certifications maintained throughout the assignment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven experience with CT imaging and general radiography/X-Ray
• Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and patient positioning
• Understanding of radiation safety and quality assurance practices
• Patient-centered communication and the ability to work well with a team
• Professionalism in documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements
