Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4/10-hour shifts, no overnights, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $76 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality CT scans with precision and care
Serve as the primary liaison between patients and radiologists
Apply critical thinking and professional judgment in every exam
Maintain accuracy in positioning and exposure techniques
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures

Qualifications

Active California Certified Radiological Technologist (CRT) license
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
ARRT certification in CT (ARRT(CT))
Peripheral Vascular Access certification
Minimum 2 years of recent CT experience

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of human cross-sectional anatomy and physiology
Understanding of pathology and pharmacology
Proficiency in medical terminology
Expertise in patient positioning and exposure techniques
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
