Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, weekdays (no weekends), 40 hours per week, holiday rotation required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform a variety of CT imaging procedures including brain, abdomen, pelvis, spine, and extremities
Assist with advanced procedures such as biopsies, drainage, angio, and cryoablation
Ensure patient safety and comfort during all scans
Maintain and operate CT equipment including Canon 16-slice and 80-slice scanners
Collaborate with radiologists and nursing staff for optimal patient care
Document and manage patient records using Radnet and Merge PACS

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
Current BLS certification
California CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) license
ARRT certification in Radiography
Advanced ARRT certification in CT (CT ARRT)
Fluoroscopy certification

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in performing CT scans of all body parts
Experience with Canon CT scanners (16-slice and 80-slice)
Knowledge of Radnet and Merge PACS systems
Understanding of radiation safety and protocols
Strong patient care and communication skills
