Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain independence through personalized occupational therapy sessions
Design and implement creative treatment plans that make real differences in daily living
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques for lasting success
Document progress with precision to track every milestone achieved

Qualifications

Active COTA certification and current state license
BLS certification preferred
Experience in rehab or long-term care settings welcomed
Compassionate approach with strong patient rapport skills

Education

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) credential from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and adaptive equipment
Skilled in patient assessment and progress tracking
Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
Excellent communication for team and patient interactions
