Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per Diem (as needed), Night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (overnight)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents during overnight hours
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Monitor and document vital signs and resident status accurately
Communicate changes in condition to nursing staff clearly and promptly
Support safe transfers and mobility to reduce fall risk
Maintain a clean, respectful, and dignified environment for residents

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Comfortable working per diem overnight shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Reliable, compassionate, and able to follow care plans and direction

Education

CNA certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and activities of daily living
Observation and accurate reporting of resident condition
Safe transfer and mobility assistance
Good communication and teamwork skills in a clinical setting
Ability to document care clearly and on time
