Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition accurately
Communicate changes in patient status clearly to nursing staff and families
Support a safe, clean, and respectful environment that promotes dignity
Participate in care planning and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Local candidates only as noted in the order
Comfortable with 12-hour night shifts and a hands-on clinical environment
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing care and infection control practices
Skillful in patient transfers, mobility assistance, and safe handling
Accurate documentation and charting habits
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time on a busy unit
Compassionate bedside manner and effective teamwork skills
