Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts; exact start/end times and days to be confirmed with the facility

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nursing team
Support safe transfers, mobility and personal hygiene with dignity and respect
Communicate clearly with residents, families and the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate documentation and assist with timely charting
Follow infection control, safety protocols and facility policies to protect residents

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Active PA state CNA listing or eligible to obtain one
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and working as part of a collaborative care team
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to resident-centered care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care skills and experience with ADLs
Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
Solid communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
Basic charting/record-keeping skills; ability to follow care plans
