Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding)
Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Maintain a safe, clean and respectful environment for patients
Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to support care plans
Document care accurately and promptly to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
Willingness and ability to work 8-hour shifts as scheduled by the facility
Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of direct patient care and basic nursing assistance
Ability to take and report vital signs accurately
Infection prevention and safe patient handling principles
Clear verbal and written communication with patients and team members
Basic documentation skills to record care activities
