Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs monitoring to promote comfort and well-being
Collaborate with the care team to ensure top-notch resident experiences
Maintain a clean and safe environment that feels like home
Document care provided with accuracy and empathy

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in hand and ready to shine
Current BLS certification
Glowing references from past adventures in long-term care
Reliable transportation for getting to and from your shift

Education

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in resident care fundamentals with a caring touch
Strong communication skills to connect with residents and team members
Attention to detail that ensures every task is done right
Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic care setting
