Location: Albuquerque, NM

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per Diem (days vary), 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care with dignity and respect, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
Assist with safe patient transfers, positioning, and mobility support
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control standards
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team to support excellent outcomes

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working overnight shifts and supporting a diverse patient population
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on a care team

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and ADL support
Vital signs measurement and documentation
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Infection prevention and basic clinical observation
Compassionate bedside manner and teamwork
