Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and support their daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility in a respectful manner
Take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Help maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents
Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families and care team members
Follow infection control practices and facility policies to protect everyone

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Comfortable working in a per diem/contract setting with flexible availability
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and personal support skills
Understanding of activities of daily living (ADLs) and resident assistance
Good observation and reporting skills for resident condition changes
Infection control awareness and safe care practices
Compassionate bedside manner and customer-focused attitude
