Roles & Responsibilities

Perform blood draws, injections, and immunizations with precision and care
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort
Conduct lab tests and document results accurately
Maintain exam rooms, stock supplies, and assist with medical records
Provide patient education and return phone calls as directed
Support patients in and out of exam rooms, preparing them for treatments

Qualifications

Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) required
Minimum 2 years of current Medical Assistant experience
Active American Heart Association BLS certification
Previous travel experience highly preferred
Strong phlebotomy and injection skills
Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

Phlebotomy and specimen collection
Vital signs measurement and documentation
Injections and immunizations administration
Electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency
Patient education and communication
Team collaboration and flexibility
