Location: Carbondale, IL

Start Date: 07-20-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Four 10-hour days 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with call: one weekday per week and one weekend every 4 weeks on rotating schedule plus holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform x-ray and scrubbing duties for Cath Lab cases
Assist with left and right heart catheterizations, device implants, peripheral interventions, and carotid procedures
Ensure patient safety and sterile technique during procedures
Collaborate with cardiologists and nursing team to deliver high-quality care
Maintain accurate documentation and equipment readiness

Qualifications

Active IEMA license for Illinois required
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in scrubbing and monitoring in Cath Lab
Knowledge of LHC, RHC, device implants, peripherals, and carotids
Ability to work with imaging equipment and sterile technique
Strong teamwork and communication skills
