Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams, ensuring excellent patient care and accurate imaging
• Operate and manage imaging studies within GE Centricity PACS to ensure images are properly stored and accessible
• Follow Trinity Specialty Specific Competency protocols and maintain proficiency through skills checklists
• Communicate findings and collaborate with the clinical team to support timely patient management
• Maintain equipment, document procedures clearly, and adhere to safety and infection-control policies
• Provide compassionate patient education and support before, during, and after exams

Qualifications

• Active RDMS and/or RVT credential preferred (RDMS/RVT listed in job details)
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with GE Centricity PACS and PIC as noted in the assignment
• License/certificate verification required by the facility
• Successful completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist
• Ability to pass facility health requirements: 10-panel drug screen, fit test, required vaccines (COVID-19, MMR, Hep B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap) and TB testing (2-step PPD or IGRA)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in diagnostic ultrasound techniques and image acquisition
• Familiarity with PACS workflows, specifically GE Centricity PACS
• Clinical knowledge of vascular and general ultrasound procedures (RVT/RDMS skillset)
• Strong patient care and communication skills during nighttime/overnight shifts
• Competency with facility-specific testing and documentation (Trinity checklists)
