Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with showering to promote their comfort and dignity
Support toileting needs ensuring safety and independence
Help with dressing and bed-making to create a welcoming living space
Wheel residents to activities fostering social connections and joy
Respond promptly to call bells providing compassionate care when needed most

Qualifications

Active BLS certification
Valid license or certificate with verification
Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
Current personal health requirements including fit test, drug screen, COVID-19 vaccine, and influenza vaccine

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Compassionate resident care
Basic life support (BLS)
Daily living assistance skills
Prompt response to resident needs
