Shift Type: Flexible shifts as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons during procedures by preparing the operating room and sterilizing equipment
Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and pass instruments efficiently
Ensure a safe and sterile environment for every patient
Collaborate with nurses and anesthesiologists to provide top-notch care
Document surgical procedures accurately and maintain inventory of supplies

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in a hospital or surgical setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of sterile technique and infection control
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work calmly under pressure in fast-paced environments
Great communication and teamwork skills
