Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are ready
- Assist surgeons and the surgical team during procedures with precision and care
- Maintain sterile fields and follow strict infection control protocols
- Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently throughout each case
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
- Active BLS certification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Operating room procedures and protocols
- Sterile technique and infection prevention
- Surgical instrumentation knowledge
- Patient safety standards
- Team collaboration in high-pressure settings
