Location: Delta, Colorado

Start Date: 06-22-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shift, 3-12s plus 4 hours with occasional weekend support

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $78 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Transport patients safely according to their physical abilities and exam requirements
Position patients using appropriate aides to produce high-quality imaging exams
Operate all CT equipment with precision and care
Protect patients by following X-Ray Department policies and safety procedures
Administer contrast media as ordered by the Radiologist
Assist with special procedures and support Radiology students in training
Practice sterile technique and follow Universal Precautions at all times
Maintain accurate records according to department standards
Clean and restock exam rooms to keep the department running smoothly

Qualifications

ARRT(CT) certification required
BLS/BCLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of CT experience
Two years previous experience preferred
Active state license required
Satisfactory completion of formal radiology technology training from an AMA approved school

Education

Satisfactory completion of formal radiology technology training in an AMA approved school

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures and equipment
Excellent patient positioning and safety skills
Ability to work collaboratively with Radiologists and care teams
Commitment to sterile technique and infection control
Comfort training and mentoring Radiology students
