Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on therapy interventions under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in reaching their mobility and recovery goals with compassion and skill
- Document patient progress accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
- Float between sister locations to support continuity of care and build strong relationships
- Adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident in the SNF setting
Qualifications
- Active PTA license in Ohio or eligibility to obtain
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in therapeutic exercise and functional mobility training
- Knowledge of SNF regulations and documentation standards
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with flexibility
- Comfortable floating between nearby facilities as needed
