Location: Honakaa, Hawaii

Start Date: 07-20-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Varied 8-hour shifts: Days 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Nights 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and holidays with possible OT rotation

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer medications safely and accurately to support resident well-being
Perform thorough assessments to monitor and improve patient health
Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote comfort and dignity
Provide specialized care including wound vac, CPAP, and gastrostomy tube management
Deliver nebulized treatments and skin care to enhance quality of life

Qualifications

Active Hawaii LPN license required by start date
BLS/BCLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and safe handling practices
Comprehensive patient assessments and documentation
ADL assistance and compassionate resident care
Wound vac, CPAP, and gastrostomy tube management
Nebulized treatments and skin care procedures
