Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments to ensure patient safety
Perform daily biological and sterile supply testing while maintaining detailed logs
Organize and direct instrument needs throughout the facility
Assist with endoscopy procedures to support clinical operations
Stock and order supplies to keep the department running smoothly
Collaborate with team members to create an efficient, respectful workplace

Qualifications

CRCST or CER certification required
Minimum 3 years of sterile processing experience
Active state license in Colorado
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Instrument sterilization and disinfection techniques
Biological testing and sterile supply management
Understanding of AORN, AAMI, HSPA, and CER standards
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
