Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7 days on (7:00 AM - 6:00 PM), 7 days off

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $95 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic CT and radiographic examinations to help physicians accurately diagnose patients
Provide compassionate care tailored to patients of all ages from newborns to geriatric adults
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high-quality imaging through departmental QA programs
Assist with invasive procedures using sterile technique and proper contrast administration
Take call and respond within 20 minutes to support critical patient needs
Collaborate with the imaging team as a lead technologist to coordinate daily workflow and mentor staff

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification in CT required
BLS/BCLS certification
Minimum 2 years of experience performing diagnostic CT exams
Ability to work in multiple imaging modalities including Radiography and CT
Willingness to obtain fingerprints and complete onboarding requirements promptly

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and radiation protection principles
Competent in sterile technique and contrast administration across all age groups
Skilled in PACS image management and tele-radiology transmission
Excellent patient care and communication abilities
Comfortable working independently and handling stressful situations
