Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert speech therapy services to 9-10 patients daily in an acute care setting
Perform modified video swallow studies to assess and treat swallowing disorders
Support premature infants in the NICU with specialized feeding needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adults and infants

Qualifications

Current Speech Language Pathologist license in California
Experience performing modified video swallow studies
Strong clinical skills in acute care and NICU settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Education

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Current state licensure and ASHA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in speech therapy assessment and intervention
Proficiency with modified video swallow studies
Knowledge of feeding techniques for premature infants
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced acute care environments
