Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill adults and pediatric patients over 15 years old
- Monitor and titrate life-saving medications including vasopressors, paralytics, and sedatives
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, and fellows to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Manage advanced equipment such as vents, CRRT, Impella, balloon pumps, and ICP monitoring
- Respond to rapid response teams and codes with confidence and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Active RN license and 2 years of recent ICU experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
- Willingness to float to all inpatient units except Maternity and NICU
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical thinking and ability to ask questions when needed
- Comfortable reading and interpreting telemetry strips
- Experience with neuro, cardiac, and multi-system organ failure patients
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset in a fast-paced environment
