Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes
Support residents' daily living needs with kindness and respect

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration
Wound care
Vital signs monitoring
Patient documentation
