Location: Red Bluff, California

Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop personalized therapy plans that make a real difference
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Document progress and adjust treatments to help patients reach their goals
- Provide compassionate care that empowers patients and families
Qualifications
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in speech and language assessment
- Experience with swallowing disorders and dysphagia management
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse patient needs
- Comfortable floating between facilities when needed
