Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living to promote comfort and dignity
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the care team
- Help create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Maine
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent and state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient care fundamentals
- Infection control practices
- Vital signs monitoring
- Documentation and reporting
