Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain strength and mobility through personalized therapy plans
Collaborate with care teams to create meaningful recovery journeys
Educate patients and families on exercises and wellness strategies
Document progress and adjust treatments to achieve the best outcomes

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California
Strong clinical skills and compassionate bedside manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and treatment planning
Therapeutic exercise techniques
Documentation and progress tracking
Communication and patient education
