Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized physical therapy treatments to help patients regain strength and mobility
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
Assess patient progress and adjust therapy programs to maximize outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for continued recovery
Document treatment sessions accurately and maintain compliance with facility standards

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred
Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
New grads welcome to apply

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
Knowledge of geriatric rehabilitation in skilled nursing settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
