Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and care for patients recovering from anesthesia in the PACU
- Assess vital signs and respond swiftly to any post-op needs
- Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists for seamless handoffs
- Provide compassionate support to patients waking up from procedures
- Document care meticulously to ensure top-quality outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- PACU experience preferred but enthusiasm to learn welcome
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical skills in a fast-paced recovery setting
