Location: Stockton, California

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 35
Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain independence through personalized therapy plans
- Assess functional needs and create meaningful treatment goals
- Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to support recovery
- Document progress and adjust care plans to maximize outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- BLS certification
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Education
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient-centered therapy techniques
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
