Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients throughout the night
- Assist residents with daily living activities to help them feel comfortable and safe
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Support mobility and hygiene needs with kindness and professionalism
- Help create a positive, healing environment for every individual
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in California
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient care and assistance techniques
- Infection control and safety protocols
- Vital signs monitoring
- Compassionate bedside manner
