Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients
- Assist with daily living activities to help patients feel comfortable
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
- Support mobility and positioning to promote safety and comfort
- Help maintain a clean and organized care environment
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in California
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient care and assistance techniques
- Infection control and safety protocols
- Basic vital signs monitoring
- Team collaboration and communication
