Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert perioperative care to pediatric patients
- Prepare operating rooms with precision and care
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth procedures
- Monitor and support young patients through their OR journey
- Contribute to a healing environment at Shriners
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington or compact state
- OR experience, especially with pediatrics a plus
- BLS certification required
- Ready to jump into per diem shifts with enthusiasm
Education
- RN degree from accredited nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong perioperative nursing skills
- Pediatric patient care expertise
- Attention to sterile techniques and safety
- Teamwork in fast-paced OR settings
