Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to ICU patients making a real difference
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Advocate for patients ensuring compassionate care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- ICU experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical judgment and quick thinking
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in critical care nursing
- Proficiency with ICU equipment and monitors
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
