Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert critical care to ICU patients
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Educate families and support patients through recovery
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum one year ICU experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Education
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Advanced cardiac monitoring
- Ventilator management
- IV therapy and medication administration
- Patient advocacy and family communication
