Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients in a psychiatric setting
- Support treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver excellent care
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety
- Assist with therapeutic activities and daily living support
Qualifications
- Current California LPT license required
- Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
Education
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatric Technician program
- Active California LPT license
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Therapeutic communication techniques
- Crisis intervention basics
- Electronic health record documentation
- Team collaboration in fast-paced environments
