Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to residents in a supportive facility
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and care
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
- Assist with daily living activities to enhance resident comfort
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver excellent care
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Vermont or compact state
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work every weekend as required
- Reliable transportation for local assignment
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
- Medication administration and documentation
- Infection control and safety protocols
- Effective communication with patients and families
