Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms and assist in a wide range of surgeries including ortho, neuro, and vascular cases
• Manage instrumentation and central processing to ensure a sterile environment
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and nursing staff to deliver optimal patient care
• Maintain critical thinking and quick response during complex procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation to support emergency surgeries and trauma cases

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
• BLS Certification required
• CST preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years of current experience in ortho, neuro, and vascular surgery
• Excellent critical thinking and comprehensive knowledge of central processing and instrumentation
