Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 4 weekend shifts per pay period
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert bedside care for critically ill patients across ICU and PCU units
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ABGs, and ventilator settings to guide treatment
- Titrate critical drips including pressors, sedatives, and anti-arrhythmics with precision
- Collaborate with intensivists and the rapid-response team during codes and emergencies
- Support fresh post-open-heart and cardiac-surgical patients through recovery
- Float across ICU, PCU, and MST units to meet dynamic staffing needs
Qualifications
- Active Arizona or compact RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong EKG interpretation and ventilator management skills
- Experience with arterial lines, chest tubes, and Swan-Ganz catheters preferred
- Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam within two attempts
- Minimum one year of recent ICU experience

- Ventilator troubleshooting and weaning
- ABG interpretation and rapid-response participation
- Familiarity with IABP, CRRT, and Impella devices
- Comfort working in a mixed ICU/PCU environment
