Shift Type: As needed, flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments for pediatric patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing skills
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care
Document patient progress and adjust therapy goals as needed
Educate patients and families on strategies to support continued progress
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and families

Qualifications

Current Washington state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous pediatric experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Skill in administering standardized and non-standardized assessments
Proficiency in developing and implementing evidence-based therapy techniques
Excellent documentation and time management abilities
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
