Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain their voice and communication skills through personalized therapy plans
Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language challenges
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create impactful rehabilitation strategies
Deliver engaging therapy sessions that inspire progress and confidence
Document patient outcomes to celebrate milestones and guide future care

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing
CCC-SLP certification preferred
Experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings
Current state or federal ID for facility access
Photo badge ready for seamless onboarding

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in speech and language disorders
Skilled in swallowing assessments and interventions
Strong patient communication and empathy
Proficiency in therapy documentation and progress tracking
Adaptability in a rehab environment
