Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start with variable end times, plus call rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist physicians as directed during surgical procedures
Provide first assistant support across multiple specialties including Ortho, Robotics, Neuro, and GYN
Float between campuses as needed to support patient care
Respond to call within 30 minutes when scheduled
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth case flow

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
RNFA certification or equivalent experience
Strong experience in Ortho, Robotics, Neuro, and GYN procedures
Cerner EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical records
Experience scrubbing as an RNFA
Ability to handle a variety of surgical cases from totals to robotics
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to float between campuses and take call
