Location: Garrison, North Dakota

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and every other major holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse leading the care team with confidence
Administer medications accurately and compassionately
Provide skilled wound care to support healing and comfort
Monitor residents closely and respond promptly to changes
Collaborate with physicians by phone for after-hours needs

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification required
Prior long-term care experience preferred
Strong assessment and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Heart disease, diabetes, and dementia care
Wound care and medication administration
Charge nurse leadership
Matrix EMR documentation
