Shift Type: Mix of 10-hour and 12-hour shifts for both days and nights, schedule posted at least 2 weeks in advance, weekend and holiday requirements vary based on needs, some call may be required with 45-minute response time

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform all General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, and OR exams with precision and care
• Float between General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, OR, ED, and Portables to support patient needs across the facility
• Capture 80-100 imaging studies per 24-hour period while maintaining high-quality standards
• Collaborate with on-site radiologists available 24/7 to ensure accurate diagnostics
• Utilize EPIC EMR and SECTRA PACS systems to manage patient records and imaging data
• Operate GE and Shimadzu X-ray equipment, GE Fluoroscopy rooms, GE portables, and OEC C-Arms with confidence

Qualifications

• ARRT RT (R) certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Must have own lead markers
• Radiation badge required prior to starting assignment
• Must have OR experience
• License in hand at time of submittal
• Ability to perform all General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, and OR exams

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, and OR procedures
• Experience with EPIC EMR and SECTRA PACS systems
• Familiarity with GE, Shimadzu, and OEC imaging equipment
• Ability to float between multiple imaging areas including ED and Portables
• Professional appearance with any color scrubs as long as tasteful
• Comfortable working with radiologists on-site 24/7
