Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate closely with nursing staff and fellow therapists to create personalized care plans
Precept students or new team members when the opportunity arises
Document progress and adjust treatment strategies to help patients reach their goals

Qualifications

Active Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new graduates and seasoned clinicians

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable treating fractures, sports injuries, neck pain, and post-amputation care
Skilled in wound care techniques and vacuum-assisted closure systems
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Flexible and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
