Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to mental health patients, making a real difference in their lives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies for optimal outcomes
- Advocate for patients' needs, ensuring their voices are heard
- Maintain accurate documentation to support high-quality care delivery
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in mental health
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong passion for mental health and wellness
