Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to patients in the Step-Down Unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Administer treatments and medications ensuring safety and efficacy
- Advocate for patients fostering trust and healing
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- Experience in SDU or similar step-down environments preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical skills and patient-focused mindset
