Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 12.5 hours per shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional respiratory care to pediatric patients
Administer respiratory treatments and therapies per physician orders
Monitor patient response and adjust treatments as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans

Qualifications

Current Washington State license as a Respiratory Therapist
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
PALS certification preferred
Previous experience in pediatrics is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of respiratory equipment and modalities
Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs
Proficiency in electronic health records
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
