Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical OT-8HR unit
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all clinical standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Minimum of one year recent acute care experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
